What we collect

We collect account information, your name and contact details, information about the proposed business location, GhanaPost GPS address, operating details, and any storefront photo you choose to upload.

Why we use it

We use this information to create and secure your account, assess whether a proposed location fits the sttopps network, verify application details, contact you about the application, and operate the node onboarding process.

Who can access it

Applicants can access their own application. Authorised sttopps administrators can access applications for review and onboarding. Storefront photos are kept in private storage rather than being publicly accessible.

How long we keep it

We keep application information for as long as reasonably needed to assess, manage and document the application and any resulting sttopps relationship. Retention periods may be refined as the service and legal requirements develop.

Your choices

You can contact sttopps if you need to correct information or have a privacy question. Some records may need to be retained where required for operational, security or legal reasons.
